What You Need To Know

An ADU cannot be converted into a condominium or be detached from the single-family dwelling. It must be no larger than 750 square feet and have no more than two bedrooms. Two off-street parking spaces are required, and there can be only one ADU per lot. Either the ADU or the main dwelling must be owner-occupied.
