What is the Feasibility Study?

It’s like a home inspection for your small home project. The study provides a detailed review of your property and local zoning rules to tell you what is possible.

The report covers:

  • Plus/minus 15% costs to build on your property

  • Zoning requirements including setbacks

  • Details on how to connect water, sewer, and electric

  • Impact from changes in grade (hills/slopes)

  • Clearing needs

  • Site access

  • Driveway installation

  • Other items that the homeowner is concerned with OR that we uncover during our review
