ADU Rules
ADUs must be located within an existing single-family home.
The appearance and use of a single-family home must be maintained with the addition of an ADU.
The gross floor area is limited to 800 square feet.
The ownership of the single-family home and the ADU must remain the same.
Either the ADU or single-family home must be occupied by the owner.
